The composition of the rolling air spring element reversible sleeve model has the following aspects-GUOMAT
❶ Bolt / stud bolt-produced as a permanent part of the cover plate assembly to achieve maximum strength and durability. It is used to connect air springs to the vehicle's suspension system.
❷Combined connecting rod/combined bolt – dual purpose is to install the air spring to the suspension system and provide air inflation.
❸ Cover plate-bent into a more durable bellows design, is the factory's largest quality control. 100% leakage test is allowed before leaving the factory.
Bell rubber bellows-air bellows consists of four layers of material: inner layer, two-layer cord-reinforced fabric and outer layer. The structure of natural rubber can provide the functional characteristics of 65F.
ump bumper block/buffer block-solid rubber or engineering plastic device, designed to prevent major damage to the vehicle or suspension when the spring suddenly loses air pressure.
❻Bottom piston-air spring installation is less. Controls the load characteristics of the spring under varying pressures.
❼ Piston bolt-connect the piston to the bellows. Sometimes it is extended as an additional vehicle suspension spring.
